Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD
If your programmers or any of the people that communicate with the client are outside the USA, do not reply to this project. Background
a) We are done working with companies that cannot deliver.
b) We are done wasting money with inexperienced companies that are working while we are sleeping and are sleeping while we are working so USA only please.
c) Project has been in development for 4 years and was ready to go in December but suddenly it is full of bugs again. We believe the current development company put old code back onto the server.
d) We are parting ways with the current development company and looking for an experienced company to take over this project. Your company will be the 3rd company to work on this project.
e) Current budget of $1,500 to $2,000 a month but when things are working, we have investors waiting to turn this project into a SAAS project and there will be a much bigger budget.
f) We have other projects on the board in addition to this one as well that will need to be taken care of and those are potentially available.
h) Non-Disclosure/Non-Compete is required to be signed.
Full Time Developer
The company as a whole must have a good portion of the following experience
1. Common Sense (This is a MUST. If you remove a credit card from our system, it should be removed from the other systems we integrate in with through the API's. If you change a name in our system, it should be updated in the other systems as well.)
2. The ability to ask questions (This is a MUST. If you don't have this experience, you will not be considered)
3. Level headed without the EGO. (This is a MUST. If you don't have this experience, you will not be considered)
4. Quality Assurance team to review developers work before it gets to us.

18. Ability to learn and work with complex algorithms. The matrixed math is not complex but the all the options make it complex and working with credit card fees make it complex.

21. SAAS - Currently the project is not SAAS. We will be rewriting it from scratch to make it SAAS later and this will require several developers. We are creating the demo but I personally run my business off the demo and am currently the alpha tester for the project.
