Developer will be responsible to develop an installable module with below features:
1.) With this module Customer should be able create additional with option to create forms with drag and drop option.
2.) Customer should be able to delete, update already created modules by this custom module.
3.) Once customer will add new custom module all the data on its form should be recorded in database under its specific table.
