Custom Module Development for Perfex CRM

I am looking for an experienced developer with expertise in Perfex CRM to create a custom module.
You Must Have:
- Extensive experience with Perfex CRM
- Previous experience in developing custom modules for Perfex CRM

I am currently using Perfex CRM SaaS and would like to add a custom module with the following features:

Lead Management and Auto Distribution:

A system to manage leads and automatically distribute them to users based on predefined rules (e.g., subscription type, location preferences).
User Features:

Members area for users subscribing to specific lead packages (e.g., Buyers Leads, Buyers & Sellers Leads).
Location-based lead targeting (Canada only), with dropdown menus for provinces and cities, dynamic city loading, and multiple location selection.
Premium leads section where users can view all assigned leads.
Email notifications for new leads added to accounts and for expired leads if subscriptions aren’t renewed.
Admin Features:

Ability to define quotas for leads (e.g., Buyers Leads or Buyers & Sellers Leads) during price package creation.
Setting additional lead prices and manually updating user accounts when extra leads are purchased.
Integration of quota and location selection in the user onboarding process.
User Dashboard Customization:

Display current lead quotas and a “Customize” option for users to purchase additional leads.
Manage provinces and cities selected by users and ensure reserved locations are locked for others.
