Codeigniter and php expert: Move existing membership website do a new domain and ensure that all processes work
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
You need to be very experienced and skilled in codeigniter and php to work on the code of my membership website that was built with codeIgniter and php.
Here are the fixes that need to be done:
• Move existing membership website to a new domain on the same host: one.com
• Enable the newest php version 8.1
• Ensure:
o That all processes work properly after the migration
o the background admin tool is fed with data from the website
o that the SSL certificate is well installed after change
o that all emails will be send to the respective new email addresses for the different processes and notifications
o that donations work with stripe after domain name change
o Block bots etc from registering by enabling captcha
o Fix ‘search’, as it currently displays no members
o Remove the contact email (info@) from the website, enable contact via form only with captcha
o set up website traffic checker, such as google analytics with new domain name
• Add: 2 new fields -State (drop down of 50 US States) and -Community (free text) in the personal profile page that display in the search and the admin tool.
• Change the Meta description of the landing page
I estimate 5 hours of work for this project. The project has to be finisched within this week.
