Codeigniter SaaS Script Installation & Audit

Job ID: 31931715

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I purchased a really nice Saas script and need some help understanding what we have at our fingertips, how it works, and how we can grow from here. I’ve had this script installed on another server for a few years. It runs and works great- It's a Social Marketing Platform that allows users to post and schedule posts and livestream. It's similar to later or buffer. It works with many different social networks. This time we’re turning it into a multitenancy SaaS type platform, so we’re going to need some expertise in different skillsets to help get things started the right way and stay running good and safe.

1.) I want you to finish off setup of the script- there are a few api's that still need to be configured. We have a number of API’s that we’re waiting on “extended features” from Google and FB- I need to submit some documents to FB. It would be great if someone could take over the submission process- there are docs and videos explaining how to prep, screenshots, vids, etc for submission process

2.) I want you to kick the wheels and run a few tests and get to know the software and how it works. I would like some detailed metrics about resource and api usage and costs. At what point will I need to upgrade my server? If I was charged by the networks, what would my incurred api usage costs be? What kind of load is it on the current server- and how many users will I be able to maintain with average usage?

3.) maintenance schedule and what we should be actively doing each month to keep the system running smoothly- Also take a peak at server resources and see if those check out. At what point should we be thinking about upgrading our server resources. We need data and charts.

4.) We need a plan on how to build onto the platform. A report- Do we need to build an api and then work off of that, or has the author made it easy to build and add new modules? They have their own module/addon system- can we work off of that easily, or should we implement our own methods? How can we build our addons and changes without being affected by future script updates?

5.) Hardening and encryption. 2FA option. In WP, we rely on security plugins, but we need some extra configurable security layers in place. I’d also like someone to check and test encryption and overall security

6.) The script uses it’s own payment system and frontend, but I am turning it off and replacing it with wordpress. All subscriptions and payments and user levels being handled in Woocommerce and WP. I would like to get that connected and running smoothly. Sharing logins, upgrading & downgrading, and all email communications setup- for both script actions and site communications. Everything should look the same. We should grab any links we find that go to the missing frontend and forward or map them to their counter destinations on the wordpress side.

If you would like to take a look at the site, send me a message and i will give you some login details.
