Codeigniter 4 and Flutter developer (Minor on existing system)

I am looking for a Codeigniter 4 and Flutter developer to make minor changes to an existing system. Specifically, I need API creation and integration to the app (1 page only). I have a general idea of the bugs that need fixing, but not a detailed list. Additionally, I have a specific list of features that I want to be added to the system. The ideal candidate should have experience in both Codeigniter 4 and Flutter development, and be able to work efficiently to make these minor changes.
