Codeigniter Developer Needed to Complete Web Application Project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The project is a online platform to host virtual game competitions. The original developer's agency closed, so only 80% of the project has been completed. We need someone experienced in codeigniter who can deliver quick results to get the project finished.
Project Scope: The idea when beginning the project was to be able to connect up 16 users via zoom api in a virtual game room, where a host can take the users through a game like Jeopardy ( there will be multiple game types). All users will need to be able to use an online buzzer that can work with different internet speeds. The previous developer was building the game logic into the app, but for now we just need to be able to connect a screenshare zoom of gaming software the client already has.
If possible it would be great if we could take the online buzzer already built into the app and use it so the client can start playing games immediately.
Here is a brief overview of what has been done
The code is written CodeIngiter 4, which is a php web framework for building applications. This can be integrated into a WordPress site if need be.
The structure of the code is in the MVC format (Model - View - Controller).
Here are some of the milestones that we checked off as we reached them. I’m pointing to files in the code to help guide where the work was done.
There are two zip folders.
gst-front-end deals with just the login/sign up pages. Pretty basic stuff overall.
gst deals with the actual application and game logic, as well as the Admin Dashboard.
