CodeIgniter API & Script Customization

I need an experienced developer to correct an API error in my CodeIgniter platform. The main task here is creating the right webhook URL and ensuring seamless integration with the existing system.
For the second part of the project, I require the following customizations on the CodeIgniter script:
- Admin should be able to add or reduce user balances through the system.
- Free members should be excluded from earning referral commissions.
- Customization of the admin panel to improve user experience and functionality.
- Make the login page responsive on large screens.
This project is time-sensitive, and I need it completed as soon as possible.
