I need an experienced PHP developer to build a Plugin for "RISE - Ultimate Project Manager & CRM" using CodeIgniter 4. The plugin will allow administrators and staff (limited access) to manage resident data, while clients will have access to their own residents' information and can create staff accounts with similar access. The administrator will have access to all clients' resident data.
