Add futures to school system - Codeigniter Ekattor school management
Budget: $160 – $190 USD
We are looking for an experienced programmer in codeigniter to adjust our school software to our needs. Ekattor school management is the software name.
Bellow you can find the things we need to change:
Daily attendance
- Right now there is only the option to do the attendance of the students based on following filters:
o Day, class ( primary, second, 3rd and so on), section.
We need to add also a new field “Discipline – math, history” from the “Class Routine” for the current day which would be a drop down . Explication: We want for the daily attendance to be done not for the whole day but for each of the disciplines during that day.
Each of the parents would see the information resulted. Right now they can access the daily attendance. In the new report they can see also the attendance for each of the disciplines for the same day.
Manage marks
- Right now there is the posibility to have in the same page, Student name, 1 mark, grade point and 1 comment for each of the disciplines. Columns in current form:
o Student name, Mark, Grade point ( is calculated automatically based on the mark value), Comment, save button. – total 4 columns and 1 button.
- We need to add 1 button, that would generate another set of emtpy columns similar with the first ones, next to them ( we would have 8 columns in the new screen, 12 columns if the teacher would add another set of columns and so on)
- Right now the parents, can see the first 4 columns for their kid or kids.
- We want for them to be able to see all the columns added by the teacher for their kid or kids.
Academic/Syllabus
- Right now a document can be imported by the teacher for all the students in a class. The parents can see the document and download it.
- We want to give the parent the possibility to import a document and a comment field in the same page. This document would be shown and downloaded in the teachers panel – Academic/Syllabus as children documents for the main one. For Each document would display the name of the importer and the comment field. This list is loaded as hidden, press “Show documents” would display the list of documents.
