Edit WebView in Cocos Creator 2.4.5

I am using WebView in Cocos Creator to broadcast live streaming videos. I want to insert some buttons into the WebView, but I can't because Cocos Creator 2.4.5 requires the WebView to always be on top of all other nodes. I need someone with experience in handling similar situations to help me insert buttons into WebView. I will not assign the project to anyone using bots to bid on projects.
