macOS C++ developer

I am looking for a professional OSX developer who can help me update the current source code. I believe It is not so complicated. Basically, the code is creating a file, writing contents on macOS file system. The existing code is very old and uses the old API functions that have been deprecated. It uses Carbon framework, which is old and deprecated since macOS 10.8. I'd like to upgrade the source code to work on the latest OSX environment (maOS 12.5 Monterey or higher, Xcode 13.3 or higher). Please apply if you are able to start right away. I will provide the access to the macVM to the best candidate.
