I need a Mac and iOS app that will allow me to take screenshots. The app must have annotation tools, allowing me to add notes and highlights to the screenshots. This should also make the screen beutiful with settings (watch video link I provided bellow). I would like the app to be developed using Swift or other developer software that can later let me make a Windows app. Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
