Install Pascal & Lazarus on Mac

I need help installing Free Pascal and Lazarus on my Mac. Xcode and command line tools are already installed and working fine.

Requirements:
- Free Pascal and Lazarus installation
- MacOS compatibility
- Troubleshooting any potential installation issues
