Fix Custom iOS Splash Screen in Maui.Net App

See the attached Maui.Net App; it has a Basic Custom iOS Splash Screen. It displays a splash screen in iOS with a red background, but it does not display the actual image of the splash screen. I have verified that the Splash Screen Image does get bundled into the IPA File, so I don't know why it is not being displayed.

*Requirements*
1. Fix the Custom iOS Splash Screen so that it displays the image
2. Everything is in Visual Studio on PC. Use Pair to Mac to build the IPA.
