Extract/Export COBOL and FoxPro Application Data

Background:
I have two database driven legacy applications. 1st is built using FoxPro and the other is built using COBOL. Both applications work in Windows 7 32-bit and older.

FoxPro application has the following file types:
*.CPS
*.DBF
*.NDX
*.FOX
*.FX
*.OV2
*.OVL
*.PRG
*.BAT
*.COM
*.FX
*.EXE
and a bunch of files with no file extension.
The EXEs are the following:
FOXPCOMP.EXE
FOXPRUN.EXE
MFOXPLUS.EXE
MFOXPRUN.EXE
PKUNZIP.EXE
PKZIP.EXE
I can view the *.DBF file content Excel.

I think this application contains more data than what's in the *.DBF by using the NDX.


COBOL application has the following file types:
*.EXE
*.CPS
*.DA
*.DAT

Request:
Export/Extract all data from COBOL and FoxPro into EXCEL.
