Acquire Legacy COBOL Financial System
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I’m looking to buy a complete, production-grade COBOL financial system right away. A single ZIP, tarball, or repository dump that includes every source module, copybook, JCL script, VSAM or DB2 definition, and any related batch or CICS components would be perfect. The richer the enterprise workflow coverage—general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, treasury, banking transactions—the better.
What I already have: the original user manuals.
What I still need: the full codebase and all build artefacts so I can re-compile, analyse, and modernise the application.
Please provide:
• A compressed archive or Git/SVN export of the entire COBOL project
• Compile/deployment scripts (JCL, makefiles, job streams) and environment notes
• The user manual you mentioned, plus any additional documentation you can locate (release notes, test cases, change logs, technical specs, workflow diagrams, etc.)
Acceptance criteria
1. Source must build cleanly with a standard COBOL compiler (IBM Enterprise COBOL, Micro Focus, or GnuCOBOL) once paths are adjusted.
2. Supplied documentation aligns with the delivered code’s features.
3. Deliverables are free of third-party licence restrictions.
