3D Solidworks Relief Model from 2D Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a single 2D reference of a geometric design that I need converted into a fully editable 3D relief in Solidworks. Every ridge, valley, and contour visible in the image must read clearly once machined in wood, so the model has to be clean, watertight, and free of imported “dumb” geometry. This is or CNC wood carving. So, no complete 3D model required. Only the 3D relief for wood carving is required.
Scope of work
• Build the part natively in Solidworks, maintaining a tidy, logical feature tree.
• Capture the design at a high level of detail with intricate features suitable for CNC wood-carving; please watch for undercuts and tool-reach limits.
• If you use surfacing, quilt and solidify before delivery so the final file is a single solid body ready for CAM.
The model should have all the features for future editing and additions
Mesh files such as (STL, OBJ) modelling is not encouraged. The final output should be Soldworks part file, solid model (STEP file).
The budget mentioned is for 1 model (reference images given)
Deliverable
• One Solidworks .prt file containing the complete history tree—no external references or suppressed features.
When you respond, include a short note on similar relief work you have modeled in Solidworks and your estimated turnaround time.
