CNC Furniture Design for Serial Production (Bedrooms, Kitchens, Living Rooms, Bathroom Cabinets)

Hello,

I am looking for a skilled furniture designer experienced in CNC manufacturing and Vectric software (VCarve / Aspire).
I want to develop a complete furniture series ready for production.

The project includes:

5 models of bedrooms

5 models of kitchens

5 models of living room furniture

5 models of bathroom cabinets

All models will be in a classic style (I can provide reference images for the style I want).

I own a 3-axis CNC machine and use Vectric software for design and toolpath creation.
I need the freelancer to provide everything, including:

Full design and 3D modeling

Toolpath setup (with all necessary tool definitions)

Tool selection (what router bits are needed)

Complete Vectric project files ready to run (I should just load the file and press “Start”)

Assembly drawings and diagrams

Cutting lists and panel dimensions

Materials used:

MDF and chipboard (PAL) only in 18 mm thickness

Carcasses made from chipboard (can be covered with MDF if needed)

Fronts (visible parts of the furniture) made from MDF

The final goal is to have ready-to-paint furniture products for serial production.

Please only apply if you have proven experience with CNC furniture design and Vectric toolpath creation.
Include examples of similar work or previous CNC furniture projects if possible.
