Precision VMC Core Cavity Machining

I need a run of steel core and cavity components produced on a vertical machining centre with tight, repeatable accuracy. You will receive my CAD files and 2D drawings and are expected to deliver finished steel parts that meet those dimensions without secondary fitting on my side.

Your background should show solid experience machining mould or die components; please highlight similar jobs you have completed so I can gauge your capability and turn-round. I am not demanding a formal ISO or AS certification for this order, but I do expect you to work to the professional standards you normally follow and verify critical features before shipment.

Key expectations
• Work in steel as specified in the drawings
• Hold the dimensional tolerances called out on the prints and achieve a clean surface finish suitable for tooling assembly
• Package and label each part clearly so I can identify them on arrival
