Panel Furniture Production Drawing Conversion

We are a furniture manufacturer specialized in panel (case) furniture for residential houses, currently engaged in a large-scale project for 600 houses. We already possess the architectural/design drawings and now require help to convert these into production (workshop) drawings.



We seek a reliable partner who can:



Convert our design drawings into complete production drawings, formatted in DWG/DXF.
Provide optimized CNC nesting layouts for panel processing.
Generate part lists, barcodes/labels, and G-code, if possible.




Our production machinery includes:



A CNC nesting machine (for cutting and drilling in the plane).
An edge-banding machine with pre-milling.
A manual multi-spindle drilling machine (for horizontal holes).




Please provide the following information:



Examples of similar projects you have completed (especially for large-scale residential furniture).
Details about your nesting software and supported file formats.
Pricing structure: per project, per drawing set, or per furniture item.
Estimated delivery timeline for the drawings.
Terms of cooperation (payment terms, revisions, confidentiality agreements).
Availability of preparing a sample project from our CAD files before full-scale production.
