Metal CNC Router Operation Support
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I run a CNC router here in Riyadh that is dedicated to metal jobs, and I’m looking for practical, hands-on guidance to tighten up my day-to-day operation. The programs are already written; what I need is an expert operator who can show me the most efficient workflow—everything from powering up, tool loading, accurate zeroing, clamping for aluminium or mild steel, right through to adjusting feeds, speeds and coolant so I get consistent surface finish without excess tool wear.
Ideally you can coach me live (video is fine, on-site even better) while I’m at the machine, then help me turn that session into a concise checklist I can follow on my own. Experience with common CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mach3 is important, as is a solid understanding of metal machining safety.
By the end I expect:
• A step-by-step operating guide tailored to my router
• Recommended settings for the metal grades I machine
• Troubleshooting advice for chatter, tool wear and finish issues
