Metal CNC 3D Carving G-code

Budget: $10 – $50 USD

I have a desktop CNC mill that I use strictly on metal, and I need a set of reliable, machine-ready programs to turn my STEP models into clean 3-D carvings. All geometry is already complete; what’s missing are the tool-paths, feeds, speeds, and any necessary post-processing so the machine can run unattended with confidence. I'll need to know what tools or bits i'll need to mill the part.

You will receive:
• Several STEP files representing individual parts.
• A sheet with my spindle limits, axis travel, preferred tooling diameters, and work-holding constraints.
• Information on CNC model and name, can provide remote acces if needed

The job is to analyse each model, decide on roughing, semi-finishing and finishing strategies, and deliver tested G-code that respects my machine’s capabilities while achieving a smooth surface finish on aluminum and mild steel. I expect standard safety moves, proper tool changes, and clear comments inside the code so I can follow the sequence later. A quick back-plot video or screenshot to prove there are no collisions would be appreciated.

Acceptance criteria
• G-code loads into UGS without error and stays within stated travel limits.
• Simulated tool-paths show no red flags for collisions or over-travel.
• Final part dimensions fall within ±0.05 mm of the STEP model on a test run.

If you usually work with Fusion 360, Mastercam, SolidCAM or similar, that’s perfect; just include the native files so I can tweak parameters in the future.

What i need as well
• I also would need Jigs to hold the model in place while it's being machined
• Jigs can be made to be 3D printed. Materials will be PLA+ or PET-CF
• Will need screws or bolts listed that can screw into the jig through the part
