Metal Adult Toy CNC Plans

I have a concept for a sleek, body-safe adult toy that will be machined entirely from metal and brought to a high-gloss polish. I need an experienced CAD/CAM specialist who can take my sketches, refine the form for comfort and aesthetics, and produce production-ready CNC files for a milling machine.

You’ll be working toward a mirror-finish result, so the toolpaths must minimise visible marks and leave enough stock for successive fine passes before hand-polishing. I can provide basic dimensions, a target weight, and reference photos once the project starts; you will handle the rest, including optimal orientation, workholding strategy, and finishing notes.

Deliverables
• 3D CAD model (STEP or IGES) refined for manufacturability
• CAM setup with machining strategy and tool lists (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar)
• Verified G-code for a 3-axis mill, annotated with feeds, speeds, and coolant calls
• Brief finishing guide outlining grit progression and polishing compounds
