Mach4 Setup for Custom CNC Plasma

I need help setting up Mach4 Hobby for the first time on Windows 11 with a HiCON motion controller for my hybrid built plasma CNC table.

Key Tasks:
- configure machine to act appropriately with given commands
- Integrate HiCON motion controller using the arcpro screenset
- Provide basic operational guidance

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Mach4 setup
- Familiarity with HiCON motion controllers and arcpro THC
- Knowledge of CNC plasma tables, Premier Plasma Table, Hicon Controller, ArcPro THC
- SheetCam post integration
- Proficient in Windows 11
