End-to-End Product Manufacturing
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a new hardware product that needs to move from concept to boxed units ready for shipment, and I’m looking for one partner who can run the entire production cycle for me.
The core enclosure is machined aluminum, so you’ll need proven CNC capabilities for clean, repeatable finishes. Once the housing is complete, the build requires sourcing a small control PCB, a compact motor, and a handful of standard fasteners and fittings. You’ll coordinate every supplier, manage lead-times, and keep costs predictable while safeguarding quality.
After parts arrive, I need you to handle assembly, functional testing, and final packaging so the units come off your line retail-ready. You can suggest improvements in DFM/DFT as we go, but the end goal is simple: I receive a pallet of finished, QC-passed products that can ship straight to customers.
Key deliverables
• Machined aluminum enclosures (production quantities)
• Complete component BOM sourced and procured (PCB, motor, accessories)
• Fully assembled, tested units
• Protective retail packaging, labeled and sealed
• Regular progress updates with photos and test data
If you already have a trusted network for PCB and motor fabrication, as well as an in-house or partner assembly line, that’s ideal. Experience with consumer-facing hardware runs is a major plus. Let me know your typical turnaround times, capacity, and any certifications you hold for manufacturing or quality control.
