ECAM Quality Assurance Setup

I need ECAM installed and configured strictly as a quality-assurance system for my CNC workshop. The goal is to capture and analyse production data in real time so we can spot deviations before they turn into scrap.

Key requirements
• Configure ECAM’s QA modules, link them to each active machine, and build dashboards that show live part-measurement trends and process capability metrics.
• Tie in the CNC controllers so automated tool changes are logged automatically and out-of-limit conditions trigger instant alerts.
• Implement real-time monitoring of spindle load, feed rate, temperature, or any parameters ECAM natively supports, with clear visual cues on screen and email/SMS alerts when thresholds are breached.
• Provide a clean start-to-finish workflow: installation, machine connection, database setup, basic operator screens, and a hand-off document covering maintenance and future scaling.

All hardware is on site and networked; you will receive VPN access the moment the project starts. I can run tests or collect sample parts during your setup sessions. Once the system hits our agreed acceptance test—live data streaming, tool-change logs visible, and alerts firing correctly—the job is done.
