Discreet CNC Machining Partner
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I have a steady stream of steel components that need to be produced on an ongoing basis. The work covers the full range of general CNC operations—milling, turning, and drilling—so I’m looking for a machinist or small shop that can comfortably switch between those processes without missing a beat.
Every part is made from steel, and dimensional accuracy is non-negotiable; tolerances are typically ±0.04 mm. You will receive engineering drawings and 3-D models for each batch, along with any surface-finish or post-processing notes. Because many of the parts end up in proprietary assemblies, I need absolute discretion and will require an NDA before sharing files.
If you have reliable CNC equipment, experience machining steel, and the capacity for repeat runs, let’s talk. In your reply please confirm:
• The machines you’ll be using (make/model, spindle size)
• Typical lead times for small and medium batch sizes
• How you handle QC and dimensional inspection reports
I’m aiming to build a long-term relationship with someone who can keep quality high, prices fair, and conversations confidential.
