Delem DA-51 Controller Commissioning
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need the Delem DA-51 controller has to be programmed, installed, and commissioned on a press-brake that is currently without any software or preset configurations. From a clean slate, you will configure the unit so it reliably handles CNC bending operations, runs on-board machine diagnostics, and supports a few custom automation tasks specific to my production line.
Scope of work
• Create all machine files, tool libraries, and bending sequences directly in the DA-51 environment.
• Wire, parameterize, and calibrate the controller to match the press-brake’s axes, safety circuits, and back-gauge hardware.
• Implement diagnostic routines that operators can trigger from the front panel to spot servo or hydraulic issues early.
• Add the agreed-upon custom automation macros (for example, automatic clamp positioning and batch-run counters) and prove them out on live parts.
• Run acceptance trials: first-piece inspection, repeatability tests, and a short production run.
• Hand over a concise operator guide and a backup of all settings so future restores are painless.
I can provide machine manuals and will arrange floor time for testing. Please confirm your experience with Delem controllers (ideally DA-series) and outline how many on-site days you need from install to sign-off.
