Decorative CNC Vector File Creation

I have a finished design sitting in a JPEG/PNG image and I need it turned into a clean, production-ready vector file that will open flawlessly in VCarve or Aspire. The end goal is to run this on my woodworking CNC and repeat the cut hundreds of times, so accuracy and smooth toolpaths are critical.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A two-sided VCarve/Aspire file (.crv or .crv3d) that mirrors the image exactly, including any pocketing, profiling, or V-carving required for a decorative piece.
• All vectors closed, properly layered, and labeled so I can tweak feeds or depths later if needed.
• Toolpaths already laid out for mass production—preferably grouped by bit size to minimise tool changes and cycle time.
• An exported DXF or SVG backup in case I ever move to different CAM software.

You’ll receive the original artwork as a high-resolution PNG the moment we start. If you spot areas that need cleanup for cleaner lines or better carve quality, let me know first; I’m happy to approve tweaks so the final file cuts perfectly.

I’ll consider the job complete once the file opens in VCarve/Aspire without errors and a quick on-screen simulation shows no stray moves or gouges.
