Custom Foldable Double Bed for Camper

I’m after a campervan pull-out bed system with the following spec:

- Main bench size: 1600mm long x 750mm wide
- Pulls out into approximately 1200mm wide (small double)
- Overall height around 400mm
- Needs a 200mm recessed section along the rear to clear the wheel arch
- Must be very strong and solid with minimal flex

Construction wise, I want it designed for fast production and easy assembly. Ideally:

- CNC-friendly panel design
- Simple interlocking or screw-together construction
- Minimal parts count
- Strong enough for everyday use
- Easy to upholster afterwards

Storage:

- Front cupboard doors underneath
- Push-lock catches on all doors
- 90° hinges
- Good usable storage space inside

For the bed extension, I do NOT want any metal runners, drawer slides, or complicated mechanisms.

I want a simple wooden pull-out system using:

- sliding timber slats/panels
- timber-on-timber runners
- or a basic pull-out platform design

The extension should simply pull out by hand and lock into position naturally through the design, keeping it:

- lightweight
- reliable
- cheap to manufacture
- easy to repair
- and fast to build repeatedly

Material preference:

- Lightweight plywood construction rather than MDF where possible for strength and weight reduction.

The overall aim is:

- clean looking
- easy to manufacture repeatedly
- fast to assemble
- solid and durable
- practical for campervan use
- suitable for flat-pack CNC production
