Custom Acrylic Router Template

I need a clear, medium-sized (between 6" and 12") router template cut from acrylic that I can use over and over on a series of hardwood pieces. The template must handle detailed patterns and motifs—think flowing curves and tight inside corners—so precision is critical. I will supply the artwork; you can fine-tune the paths for bit diameter and add any registration or centerline marks before cutting.

Please fabricate in a rigid, scratch-resistant acrylic—¼" (6 mm) thickness is ideal—and make sure every edge is smooth enough to guide a top-bearing router bit without snagging. A quick digital proof for my sign-off before the final cut is appreciated.

Deliverables
• Digital proof of the adjusted design (DXF, AI, or PDF)
• Finished acrylic template cut to size, edges polished, any mounting or alignment holes added
• Safe packaging and shipment to my address
