Commission DELEM-51 HMI
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My press brake already has the DELEM-51 HMI installed, powered, and cabled; what it lacks is a proper commissioning. With the full set of DELEM manuals in hand, I now need someone who knows this controller inside-out to bring it online for production.
The scope is three-fold: first, work through the basic operation setup—calibrating axes, defining tools, and verifying the safety chain. Next, enable and test the advanced programming features so operators can create and store complex bend sequences directly from the panel. Finally, integrate the HMI with our existing plant systems (network share for programs, upstream ERP link, and the machine’s safety PLC).
I will provide remote access to the console or arrange an on-site session, whichever you prefer. Complete documentation and machine drawings are ready for reference.
Deliverables:
• Commissioned DELEM-51 with all parameters saved
• Verified advanced programming functions and sample job proven on the floor
• Successful handshake with our network/PLC interfaces
• Brief hand-over report listing final settings, steps performed, and any future maintenance notes
