G-Code for Heart Keychains

Budget: $10 – $30 CAD

I want a clean, ready-to-run G-code program that lets me cut two-inch-wide hearts, each with a round key-ring hole on the top-left, from 0.71 mm celluloid sheets. The stock comes in 8" × 12" pieces and will be loaded on a Lunyee 3018 Pro Ultra running GRBL. No engraving or text—just the plain outline plus the hole.

The run is 200 units, so please nest as many hearts as possible per sheet while keeping enough margin for safe clamping. Toolpaths should strike a balance between speed and edge quality; shallow multi-passes are preferred to keep the thin celluloid from melting or lifting.

Deliverables
• A single .nc (or .gcode) file ready for the Lunyee 3018 Pro Ultra, with balanced feed, speed, plunge, and step-down values suitable for celluloid.
• A brief setup sheet specifying bit size, spindle RPM, feed rates, and any tab dimensions so I can replicate your results exactly.
• If you generate the code in Fusion 360, Carbide Create, or similar, include the editable project file for future tweaks.

Acceptance criteria
• The heart measures exactly 2" × 2" with a clean round hole positioned on the top-left corner and sized for a standard key ring.
• Cut paths stay within the 8" × 12" work area and produce at least 200 usable pieces with minimal waste.
• The file loads and simulates error-free on a GRBL controller and completes without tool crash or melting issues on a test sheet.

I’ll test the first sheet as soon as I receive the file, then release approval so you can be sure the parameters work on my machine.
