12” Circle CNC Router Program
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a straightforward CNC program that will cut a clean 12-inch diameter circle from wood that is 3/8" thick on my router. Accuracy at the finished edge is important, so the toolpath must compensate for the bit diameter and leave a smooth perimeter ready for minimal sanding.
Please generate and supply:
• A ready-to-run G-code file compatible with a standard CNC router controller (GRBL or Mach3 both work here).
• A matching design file or DXF so I can verify dimensions before running.
• Notes on the cutter size you assumed, plus recommended spindle speed, feed rate, and step-down for a safe, splinter-free pass.
That’s the entire job—once the circle drops cleanly from the spoilboard, we’re done.
