CNC Van Interior Fit-Out

Job ID: 39764190

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I’m turning a 2018 Renault Master LWB mid-roof into a dedicated motorbike hauler and the shell is now ready for its interior. All dimensions have been double-checked on the van; what I still need are production-ready files so the pieces can go straight onto a CNC bed.

Scope
• Bed system: East-to-west platform directly behind the cab, 600 mm high × 1750 mm deep × 1200 mm wide. Two drawers must slide out through the passenger-side door on 1500 mm extensions, finished in black plywood.
• Ceiling lining: light, modern shadow-line cladding in light-oak or pine—whichever gives the lowest weight while keeping a sleek look.
• Wall lining: plywood panels wrapped in charcoal automotive carpet to tie everything together.
• Floor is already planned in Hexa Black Eucalypt-pattern plywood, so your drawings just need to respect that thickness.

Deliverables (DXF/STP or similar are fine)
1. Fully dimensioned 3D model of the bed, ceiling and wall panels.
2. Nesting layouts and cut files for CNC.
3. Simple assembly drawings or exploded views so I can hand everything to the fabricator without back-and-forth questions.
4. A concise material list with sheet counts and hardware notes.

I’m after a modern, sleek aesthetic—think clean lines, no visible fasteners once assembled. If you typically model in Fusion 360, SolidWorks or Rhino, that’s perfect; as long as the export is clean, the software choice is up to you.

Once the files are received I’ll do a quick dry-fit in MDF, so I’ll need a round of minor tweaks included before we lock in the final cut. Looking forward to collaborating and getting the bikes to the track soon.
