CNC & Tool Grinder Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need complete mechanical designs for two related projects:
• A compact CNC machine dedicated to precise cutting operations.
• A manual grinding machine focused on reliable tool-sharpening.
I already work in SolidWorks and Autodesk Fusion 360, so native files in either—or both—of those formats will make hand-off seamless. The concept stage is open to your engineering creativity; however, the final package has to include assembly models, fully detailed part drawings, an exploded-view PDF, and a basic bill of materials so I can quote fabrication immediately.
Accuracy, rigidity, and serviceability matter more to me than fancy aesthetics, so please keep manufacturability front-of-mind while you size components, select slide systems, and lay out the drive train. If you have proven experience designing small CNC gantries or bench-top grinders, let me see examples with your bid so I can gauge fit.
Once I approve the preliminary layout, we will lock critical dimensions, then move on to detail drafting. I aim to sign off on production-ready files after one refinement round that addresses tolerance stack-ups and standard-part availability.
