CNC .TAP Engraving Program

I need a clean, ready-to-run .TAP file that will engrave my design into softwood on my CNC router. The program must be written in standard G-code, saved with the .tap extension, and optimized for a softwood workpiece so the spindle speed, feed rates, and depth of cut are appropriate for that material. I will supply the artwork once the project starts; it is a simple engraving rather than a full 3D carve or 2D cut-out.

Deliverables
• One verified .TAP file containing all toolpaths
• A brief setup note listing the cutter size, spindle RPM, feed and plunge rates used, and the zero position you chose

Acceptance criteria
• File loads without error in Mach3/Grbl-based senders
• Simulation shows clean engraving with no deep plunges beyond the specified depth
• Dimensions match the supplied artwork within 0.2 mm accuracy
