CNC Router TAP File Creation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already have a complex art design prepared and now need a complete 3-D tool-path program so I can engrave it on 75 mm HDMR using my wooden-bed CNC router. All I am missing is the final TAP file that my controller software understands.
You will receive the artwork as soon as we start; your job is to translate it into an accurate, collision-free tool path that respects the full 75 mm material thickness, leaves a clean finish, and is ready to run without extra tweaking on my side. Appropriate step-downs, feed rates, spindle speeds, and bit changes should be baked in according to best practice for HDMR.
Deliverables
• One TAP file, verified in simulation and ready for immediate upload
• A quick summary of the main machining parameters you set (bit sizes, depth per pass, feed/speed) so I can cross-check before pressing Start
