CNC-Ready Baseball Bat Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a clean, production-ready DXF file of a standard baseball bat that I can drop straight into my CNC lathe software. I already have one baseball bat with dimensions, possibly tolerances, and an initial DXF outline; it needs to have an assigned a tool path: I would also like to have some other designs made for testing.
• Verify and refine the existing geometry so every curve and diameter meets the stated tolerances.
• Prepare a single-sided toolpath layout that accounts for bit diameter, climb/conventional passes, and safe lead-ins/outs.
• Add basic setup notes—zero point, recommended feeds and speeds, and any flip-jig or tailstock suggestions—so I can move from file to machine without trial-and-error.
No engraving or extra detailing is required; focus on delivering a smooth, symmetrical bat profile that will cut cleanly in hardwood. Preferred tools: Fusion 360, Vectric, or similar CAM software—as long as the exported DXF stays dimensionally true.
Once the file imports and simulates correctly on my end, the job is complete.
