CNC ROUTER RichAuto A11 Cabinet Vision Setup

Job ID: 39724691

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I run a CNC router driven by a RichAuto A11 controller and a single-bit manual tool-change system, and I want Cabinet Vision to generate code that runs on it flawlessly. I have the hardware wired and powered; what’s missing is a clean software configuration that lets me press “run” in Cabinet Vision and watch the machine cut without surprises.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Post-processor configuration – create or modify the A11 post so Cabinet Vision outputs the correct G-code syntax, spindle commands, and tool-change pauses for my manual single-bit routine.
• Machine parameters setup – set axes limits, home positions, feed/speed defaults, safe-Z, and any RichAuto-specific macros required.
• Toolpath setup – verify nesting, pocketing, and drilling strategies in Cabinet Vision, then test with sample parts to confirm the code runs end-to-end on the controller.

Acceptance criteria
• A ready-to-import post-processor file (.post or equivalent) and any required parameter files.
• A short written guide outlining where each file goes and which controller menu items to adjust.
• One sample Cabinet Vision job that runs on my machine start-to-finish without alarms or manual code edits.

I can provide remote access to the controller’s screen and the current Cabinet Vision project files. If you know the quirks of RichAuto firmware and how CV handles manual tool changes, this should be straightforward.
