CNC Milling Program From Blueprints

Job ID: 40358290

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have a set of detailed engineering blueprints for a metal part and now need them translated into a reliable G-code program for a CNC milling machine. The job is strictly milling—no drilling or facing—so the focus is on accurate cutting paths, tool selections, and optimal feeds and speeds for metal stock.

You will receive:
• PDF and DXF versions of the drawings
• Material specifications and stock size
• My machine’s post-processor requirements (Fanuc-style)

What I expect back:
• Finished G-code ready to load
• A brief setup sheet listing tools, offsets, and any fixture notes
• A simulation screenshot or short verify video proving there are no collisions and that the cut time is reasonable

Preferred tools are Fusion 360, Mastercam, or SolidCAM, but any CAM software is fine as long as the output meets the post and passes simulation. Accuracy to blueprint tolerances is critical; please flag any dimension or geometry that looks inconsistent before programming.

If this first part runs smoothly, more drawings will follow. Let me know your turnaround time and any files you need up-front so we can get started right away.
