CNC Mastery Coaching for Xometry

I’m lining up to secure steady projects on Xometry and want a mentor-level coach to push my already advanced CNC skills to true mastery. The focus is threefold: 1) deep-dive advanced programming, 2) systematic machine maintenance, and 3) squeezing every second out of production processes. I’ll also need a concise AutoCAD workflow refresher so my models, drawings, and tool-paths flow smoothly into Xometry’s quoting and DFM environment.

Here’s how I picture our collaboration: we meet live (screen-share or in-shop video) for structured sessions, you demonstrate best practices on real-world parts, then I replicate, benchmark, and refine. I expect clear takeaway files—optimized G-code, annotated setup sheets, preventive-maintenance checklists, and cheat-sheets on Xometry’s material, tolerance, and inspection preferences—so I can apply everything immediately on incoming RFQs. By the end of the engagement I should be confidently programming complex multi-op parts, performing proactive upkeep without downtime, and presenting production plans that win Xometry work on the first quote.
