CNC Machining - Haas VF-3 Programmer Required

CAM Programmer Needed – Haas VF-3 (3-Axis CNC)
Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced CAM programmer to generate CNC programs for multiple machined parts to be manufactured on a Haas VF-3 3-axis vertical machining center.

This project includes several parts and may lead to a long-term collaboration for future CNC programming work.

Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will:

Review the provided 3D CAD models (STEP format).
Create optimized machining strategies.
Generate CNC toolpaths.
Verify and simulate the machining process.
Deliver production-ready G-code compatible with a Haas VF-3.
Provide setup sheets including:
Tool list
Work offsets (WCS)
Machining sequence
Estimated machining time
Machine
Haas VF-3
3-Axis Vertical Machining Center
Haas Control
Materials

The parts will be machined in steel 1045

Deliverables

For each part:

CAM project file (Mastercam, Fusion 360, NX CAM or equivalent)
NC Program (.NC)
Setup sheet
Tool list
Estimated machining time
