CNC Lathe Program & STEP Model
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I will supply a full set of 2-D drawings for a turned steel component. From these drawings I need two things:
• a clean, fully constrained 3-D model delivered in STEP format
• a ready-to-run CNC lathe program created in Mastercam, complete with tool list, verified toolpaths, and an NC file compatible with standard siemens -type controls
The geometry is straightforward but does include a few tight tolerances, so please make sure the model dimensions match the print exactly. When building the Mastercam file, assume the part will be cut from steel bar; choose feeds, speeds, and insert grades appropriate for a typical medium-carbon steel.
Before final hand-off I’d like to see a quick verification screenshot or video from Mastercam’s simulation to confirm the toolpaths are collision-free. Once that’s signed off, send me the STEP file, the Mastercam project, the posted NC code, and a simple setup sheet identifying tools, offsets, and stock size.
If you have questions about any of the drawing notes or would like to suggest a better machining strategy, just let me know. I’m ready to move as soon as you are.
