I need to move quickly from raw aluminium bar to repeatable, accurate parts on my slant-bed lathe with its integrated bar feeder. The machine is idle until the right programs and setup are in place, so I’m looking for someone who can handle the entire workflow in-house:
• Write brand-new CNC programs tailored to aluminium stock and my part drawings
• Set up and fine-tune the bar feeder so material loads smoothly and consistently
• Run the slant-bed lathe through first-article production and make any on-the-spot adjustments to hit spec
Once the initial run is proven, I’d like clear documentation of tool offsets, program files, and any recommended cycle-time improvements so I can keep production running after you leave.
