CNC Flatbed Custom Programming
Budget: $10 – $80 AUD
I need production-ready CNC programs created and fully set up for a flatbed router that must run interchangeably in Planit Cabinet Vision (Microvellum), LNC, Sycten, and NCStudio. The immediate task is custom part design for wood components—mainly cabinet panels and nested parts—so every file you supply has to open cleanly in each of those environments, generate correct toolpaths, and be ready to cut with no further tweaking on my side.
You’ll receive drawings and dimensional requirements from me in DXF or PDF; in return I expect:
• Machine-ready code or project files for all four software platforms
• Associated setup sheets (tool list, offsets, feeds/speeds, vacuum zones)
• Simulation screenshots or short videos proving collision-free cutting
Acceptance criteria: parts measure within ±0.1 mm of the spec during my test run, and there are no post errors when I load the file in any of the listed programs. If minor tweaks to post-processors are required, include them as part of the delivery.
Please tell me briefly about similar wood-based flatbed work you have handled and which of the four packages you usually program with. I’m ready to start as soon as we confirm compatibility.
