CNC Designs for Side Table from a Single Board

Job ID: 40314587

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

MASTER BRIEF: CNC-READY SIDE TABLE (4TH-AXIS & PRECISION NESTING)

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Create 1:1 scale digital files for the Michael Pekovich "Side Table from a Single Board."
This requires a high-fidelity 3D model for assembly, individual STL/STEP files for
4th-axis rotary legs, and DXF cut sheets for all flat parts.

------------------------------------------------------------------
1. CORE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
------------------------------------------------------------------
* SCALE: 1:1 (Full Scale) in Imperial (Inches).
* THE REVEAL: All aprons and stretchers must be inset exactly 1/16" (0.0625")
from the outside face of the legs.
* LEG GEOMETRY: Taper legs from 1-3/16" at the top to 5/8" at the foot.
* TAPER ORIENTATION: Tapers must occur ONLY on the two inside faces.
Outside faces must remain vertical/square (90 degrees).
* DOG-BONE FILLETS: All internal square corners in the DXF files must
include dog-bone fillets for CNC bit clearance.

------------------------------------------------------------------
2. 4th-AXIS & 3-AXIS DELIVERABLES
------------------------------------------------------------------
* LEGS (4th-Axis): Provide 4 individual STL/STEP files.
Confirm rotation center-point. Mortises must be modeled as flat
features on the tapered surfaces.
* FLAT PARTS (3-Axis): Provide individual DXF files for EVERY part
(Top, Aprons, Stretchers, Drawer Front, Drawer Sides, Drawer Back,
Drawer Bottom, Runners, Guides, and Kickers).

------------------------------------------------------------------
3. JOINERY, TOLERANCE, & INTERFERENCE
------------------------------------------------------------------
A GLOBAL INTERFERENCE CHECK must be performed on the 3D assembly
before delivery to ensure a "0.000 clash" result.

* JOINERY DEPTHS:
- Side Apron to Front Leg: 3/4" Depth
- Side Apron to Rear Leg: 3/4" Depth (45° Mitered end)
- Rear Apron to Rear Leg: 3/4" Depth (45° Mitered end)
- Top/Bottom Stretchers: 1/2" Depth (Forked/Bridle style)

* FIT TOLERANCE: Model all joints with a 0.005" offset to ensure
a "piston fit" for assembly.

------------------------------------------------------------------
4. MANDATORY TECHNICAL CONFIRMATION (Freelancer Must Acknowledge)
------------------------------------------------------------------
"Please confirm: The side and rear apron tenons meet at a 45-degree
miter inside the rear legs. Please confirm that your 3D model
reflects this mitered intersection and that you have verified
'Zero Interference' at this specific junction."

5. FINAL FILE PACKAGE REQUIRED
------------------------------------------------------------------
1. 3D Master Assembly (.STEP)
2. Individual 3D Leg Files (.STL) for Rotary
3. Individual 2D Part Files (.DXF) for Nesting
