Automatic Water Filler Parts List
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I run a bottled-water line that relies on an automatic filling machine, and I want to secure a steady supply of critical spares. Your task is twofold: first, create a complete, well-organised spare-parts catalogue for the entire machine; second, manufacture and deliver the first production batch of those spares.
The most urgent items are filling nozzles, conveyor belts, and electronic control panels—more than ten units of each. I will share photos, samples, and existing OEM numbers once we sign an NDA. From there, you will confirm dimensions, select food-grade materials (SS304/316 where appropriate), and prepare production-ready CAD drawings in SolidWorks or AutoCAD. CNC machining, laser cutting, or injection-moulding methods are all acceptable as long as the final parts meet my line’s specifications.
Deliverables
• Comprehensive parts list covering the full automatic filling machine, with quantities, materials, OEM references, and lead times
• CAD files and technical drawings for all priority components
• Finished nozzles, belts, and control panels—minimum ten of each—tested, certified, and export-packed
Acceptance criteria
• Dimensional tolerance within ±0.05 mm on machined items
• Stainless surfaces are burr-free and food-grade compliant
• Control panels pass a 24-hour load test without fault
• Parts list is complete, clearly structured, and easy to reorder from
