I need a programmer

We have recently acquired a Mitsubishi CNC lath set for metal spinning, and it has a Meldas 50 Series controller. It is programmable on the face of the CRT with buttons. It also appears to have an interface for a laptop for programming or running stored programs. We are looking for someone on the West Coast of the US to program this machine.
